OUR DOCTOR
After graduating from dental school at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2004, Dr. Etheredge continued her dental education with an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. She then worked as a dentist in the U.S. Army in Savannah, Georgia until 2007.
In 2008, her husband and native Texan, Will, convinced her that Texas was a great place to call home, and they moved the family to Austin! Carrie and Will have three wonderful children – Lucy, Jett and Lane. They really enjoy being outdoors, whether that means kayaking with the kids on Town Lake or hiking one of Austin’s many trails. It’s their time outdoors with friends and family that brings them the most pleasure.
Dr. Etheredge’s favorite thing about being a dentist is caring for and getting to know her patients. “I love the people I work with every day, from staff to patients. I truly love coming to work and being a dentist!”

OUR HYGIENISTS
GARRIE
Garrie is a dental hygienist who joined the team in 2020. She graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2002. She enjoys developing a connection with patients and creating smiles in a comfortable environment.
She was born and raised in Palacios, Texas, a small town on the Texas Coast, and currently lives in Hutto with her husband Al, teenage daughter Madison, and English Bulldog Winston. Garrie enjoys being outdoors with friends and family, whether hiking, laying on the beach, or tagging along for a scenic ride with her husband on the back of his Harley Davidson. She also is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling to different stadiums, going to the movies, and concerts as well.Â
BONI
Boni has been a dental hygienist since 2011. She grew up in Northern Virginia and received her bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech. Soon after, she moved to Austin and fell in love with this great city. With a new city came a new career in dental hygiene and Boni received her dental hygiene degree from Austin Community College. There she was awarded the Carus Dental Hygiene Scholarship and the ACC Outstanding Dental Hygiene Student Award. She is excited to be a part of such a dynamic and concerned dental practice. Providing compassionate, high quality dental care is always her primary goal. To achieve this goal, Boni is actively pursuing continuing education to assure that she stays abreast of the latest advances in dental technologies.
When not at the office, Boni is busy running around with her husband, two daughters, and three dogs.
OUR ASSISTANTS
C.J.
C.J. has been a member of this practice since 1996! She graduated from TSTI Waco in 1990. Following school she moved to Austin and embarked on a career in the dental field. She really enjoys getting to know her patients and strives to make them as comfortable as possible during their dental procedures.
Outside the office, C.J. enjoys reading for relaxation, hiking, fishing, and time at the beach. She and her husband, David, and their dog Coco spend a lot of time at their property in the Austin Hill Country. There they have planted many fruit trees and have a large vegetable garden. They also keep several bee hives there to help out with pollination.
OUR FRONT OFFICE
CYNDI
Cyndi is the office manager. She started in the dental field in 2004 as a Registered Dental Assistant. She enjoys connecting with patients, and making them feel comfortable in the office from the moment they walk in the door. Cyndi was born in Freeport, Tx, but considers herself a true Austinite since she moved here when she was 3 years old. Cyndi has three children, Elijah, Sean, and her daughter in law Jamie. In her free time, she enjoys regular family dinners, paddle boarding on Lake Travis, game night (careful, she’s competitive), supporting the local breweries, and trying all of the new restaurants Austin has to offer.
SARA
Sara started in the dental field in 2016 as a dental assistant in McLean, Va. She enjoys meeting new patients and helping them feel welcome and comfortable in our office. She is originally from Fairfax, Virginia and moved to Texas in 2022 with her husband and German Shepard. They recently welcomed a baby girl into their family!
Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family, the outdoors, and she continues to explore all that Austin has to offer.
MICHELE
Michele is the office hygiene coordinator, and always has a smile. She joined the team in 2019 and primarily schedules the hygiene appointments. She enjoys talking with patients and is very accommodating to their busy schedules and needs. Michele considers herself a foodie and wants to be on Food Network’s Chopped Kitchen. When she is not working, Michele loves cooking, taking trips with her three children, spending quality time with her family and friends, hosting events, and relaxing on the couch watching movies.
